四川天一科技股份有限公司

        1999年8月5日，四川天一科技股份有限公司(股票号码：600378；网站：http://www.tianke.com)按照公司法和证券法的要求正式设立。2000年8月，四川天一科技股份有限公司通过了中国证监会组织的验收，2000年12月25日在上海证券交易所发行上市。天科股份七十代初在国内率先进行变压吸附气体分离技术的研究工作。经过从实验室试验到中间装置试验的研究和探索，研制成功大量不同用途的性能优良的吸附分离专用吸附剂，开发成功多种变压吸附气体分离工艺，解决了从试验研究到工程放大的一系列难题，于1981年在国内首次实现PSA技术的工业化。该技术1985年获国家科技进步一等奖，1998年再次获得国家科技进步一等奖。

        In August 5, 1999, Sichuan Tianyi Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established by the approval of Company Law and Securities Law. In August 2000, CTYC won the acceptance of China Securities Regulatory Commission; In December 25, 2000, CTYC went public on Shanghai Stock Exchange.CTYC began firstly in China to study the PSA gas separation technology in early 1970’s. It succeeded in manufacture of a quantity of special adsorption and separation adsorbents with excellent performances for various applications, developed successfully many PSA gas separation technologies, solved a series of difficult problems from experimental research to engineering enlargement through laboratory test to pilot plant test.
